Buckie came in with a group of about 18 other small dogs after his owners were evicted from their property. While he gets along well with the dogs from the group, Buckie is quite hesitant when he meets people for the first time and takes a while to finally feel comfortable. We would love to for him to find a home, but the fact that he needs to work on his socialization skills puts him at a disadvantage. Therefore, he would be a great candidate for someone that is interested in helping a dog in need, without having to fully commit to owning a dog.
