Mid Century Danish Modern style bent walnut and new leather | vinyl top coffee / cocktail table by Lane, Altavista.Dating from the xxxxs and very reminiscent of designs by Ib Kofod Larsen for G-Plan or Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates, Inc.. Sleek Danish Modern styling with Atomic Age amorphic base and brand new rectangular in-set leather or vinyl wrapped ply substrate. Extremely flowing curves and sweeping bends of solid wood. Graceful, refined elegance and craftmanship at every turn and bend. Quality rivals that of works by Vladimir Kagan and/or Adrian Pearsall. Organic curves are also very reminiscent of designs by Isamu Noguchi.
The table is in overall excellent vintage condition.
