Amazing Mid-Century Modern Eero Saarinen style tulip pedestal dining set dating from the xxxxs. Table features a white resin top that extends with a single leaf insert. Its base is a heavy molded cast aluminum, while the shell is reinforced molded fiberglass. The tulip chairs are all swivel chairs and do so effortlessly, with white molded fiberglass frames, with original yellow vinyl upholstery seat cushions. Bases are also heavy molded cast aluminum. These are high quality vintage reproductions of the original Eero Saarinen design from xxxx. Marked on the underside North Central Industries, Inc. Johnson Creek Wisc. Pat Pending.
Price includes table and set of four (4) chairs.
The set is in good original vintage condition. Seems to have been re sprayed and could use some touching up. One chair has a crack in the fiberglass toward the front where the cushion sits. Otherwise in good condition. The set does show some wear, marks, scuffs, etc. commensurate with its age.
